I find it strange that the girl could describe his bedroom if she had never been there. This guy needs some punishment bad.

i wonder why you never see a headline reading "teen girl seduces two educators into committing sexual crimes."

i understand the reasons why adults bear so much of the liability for sexual infractions with minors. what i don't understand is how the minors never come under any legal scrutiny.

the question of "maybe she didn't have anything to do with the instigation" seems like one a jury might be able to decide.

Hey this is so common now it is not even news, just another day in Public school. I live out of state and it is a daily story here too.

What these teachers did was wrong, and they should be punished. However, am I the only one that thinks this girl needs a serious intervention before her life spirals completely out of control? She needs some serious help, and soon.

Once again some idiot has already found the man guilty before the trial....

This young woman was already sexually involved with ANOTHER West High School educator?!?!?!

Agreed, the adult in the case should have known better but the young woman bears some of the responsibility too. She's 16 not 6.

She helped destroy at least 2 men's lives and she walks away scott-free? That just isn't right.

Children do not have the judgement or capacity to fend for themselves from adult sexual advances. They are intimidated by authority, a man's size, his age gap. And child molestors don't just walk up and grab their victims, they groom them and prep them. And the fact that another teacher had molested her is nothing uncommon with victims of abuse. It's called revictimization. Once a child is molested they exhibit signs and characteristics that other molestors easily sense. These guys always search out and choose their victims. Get educated.

The law and society have determined that underage children are not capable of fending off the advances of adult molestors. Period. No leniency or pity or understanding for these men. They are part of a blight on society and it's their responsibility to restrain themselves. Child sex abuse is a horrible, ugly, devastating thing to the victims.
