He's a credible candidate, but it may be a little early to measure the drapes. Huntsman is wise to avoid extremists like Sanford and Palin, who are unelectable at the national level.
I heard he is planning to announce his move to the democratic party.

Ya Gov don't go. Let all stay here with our head in the sand. If we do this we will all be alright. I am glad we are all so self rightous. Thanks again Republican Party for being so short sighted. I don't like the way the country is headed but glad the Gov is going and might have a chance to so another view point.
We Democrats would love to have John Huntsman. He is a great leader that thinks for himself! Send him to replace Hatch, Bennett or Cot Boy.
