Yes, exactly what we need -- more bailouts for people who don't seem capable of taking care of themselves. We need to get Hatch out of office.

I am a 42 year old male. I lost 56k in investments last year I will be over 60 before I write of the last investment losses for THIS YEAR....this is obviously a way to defer investmet loses til death...
Not only is this law grounds for lawsuits...anyone associated with the law should be fired immediaeatly and put in jail...just like they do to those who don't pay taxes..
