That is beautiful!!! 14 million dollars coming straight from tax payers!!! With the future tenants of the building pledging to pay .03% of the bill. Fantastic how taxes work.
Oh and the best part: estimated costs are below $14 million, which means "We can make this into a much better project". Rather than save that money, they splurge for nicer chairs.
Its good to see wasteful spending being pushed locally and not just through the State or the Feds.
I'm glad Niximus isn't in charge of budgeting and spending. The tenants are pledging 3.6% instead of his .03%.
