Meteoric rise! A credit to her sport and what can be accomplished in a short time. Wish the article had mentioned anything about how she has achieved the improvements! Obviously a level of work far beyond what the norm in the State has been?

What a cool story!! I thank DESNEWS for continuing to cover HS track and X/C. This is a way cool story. I will be definitely be watching and pulling for Haymore at state. It's inspiration to us all to see a young person overcome great trials and find a way to positively make a difference for others. Go Haymore!

The unexpected rising of the entire Riverton sprint corps is a story in itself. Coach Garlick has taken this group to new levels. Is it the off season program? Is it a breaktrough training techniques? Is it the same reason that Coach Garlic made his unbelieveable rise on the local track seen when he was my teammate. I hope it is not the latter of the reasons. Good luck to the Silverwolves. I see them beating Davis in both boys and girls at state and bringing home the schools first state titles.

No one saw these tremendous improvements coming! From just decent in Region III in 2008 to State records in 2009. What a difference she has made in under a year! 'Unexpected' as the article stated in the headline. The Riverton coaches need to make a video of their techniques and market this! No one expected what they have been able to produce in such a short time!

Bluth, Maughan, etc. What a stellar rise in just a few months. Superb improvements and we look forward to some teasers on what might have led to the instant PRs? Riverton had not been known in the past as a sprint mecca, so throw the rsst of us a bone! What has led to the shocking improvements?
