Huge Mormon Tab Fan

This is a really great article with lots of interesting info on the Mormon Tab. We are a handfull of real Mormon Tab fans out here in Western Oklahoma. Our LDS ward covers 5,000 square miles and so fellow Mormons are few and far between. Our family watches Mormon Tab DVD's every Sunday to help stay connected. Our favorites are the Christmas special with Sissel and an old VHS of the Mormon Tabs greatest hits. We never get tired of them. The music is just incredibly excellent and it seems to get better every time we listen to it. Nothing brings such peace to the soul and relief from the cares and stress of life like aa good Mormon Tab DVD or VHS. We watch the Christmas special with Sissel almost every Sunday year round. Our daughters, age six and three, like to dance to the music and sing along with the choir. We are so excited that the Mormon Tab is coming to Oklahoma this summer. We cant' wait! Thanks for the very intersting article!

I am not LDS, but I am a great fan of the Tabernacle choir. Some of the most beautiful music whether it is religious of secular.

When I was a young deacon the MTC came to our stake center after a performace in our city for a special sacrament meeting.I was chosen to participate in that sacrament meeting so as a young boy I had actually sang "with" the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. That was one of those once in a life time events.Actually I think there was less singing and more listening on my part. This choir is a gift from the church to the world.

I loved the photo of Donald Duck conducting the choir

On new CD

contains the song Amazing Grace "I was lost, but now I'm found, was blind but now I see.
How precious did that grace appear The hour I first beleived.

For the Record

The Tabernacle Choir is phenomenal and inspireing!
Incidently wheelwrights built and repaired wagon wheels, and coopers built and repaired barrels.
