With this year focusing on Native Americans it was timely that a unique artistic and educational work was brought to our community. I'm often disappointed at the white Caucasian attitude towards those who aren't "one of us" and thought it was only in others. This sensitive reference to a Navajo traditional ceremony was an epiphany for me in developing a respect and admiration for a previously ignored neighbor.
