While the changes in limit is a good idea and I agree with that, if they change it to allow bait through the summer it will ruin a wonderful place to fish. If you fish with bait the chances of killing the fish you release are extremely high as the fish almost always swallows the hook. So for a family of 4 that catches and keeps there 8 fish that they are allowed in the slot limit but then lets all between 15-22 inches go greater then 50% of those fish let go will die. That is not good.
