So sorry for the family. Chief Sparks was a great individual.

Chief Morton Sparks was a great man and a credit to the Law Enforcement community. He will be missed.
Thank you to all who have supported us as a family. Morton touch many lives and it is overwhelming to us how many people have come forward with such great memories and experiences with Morton. He leaves behind a large hole in many of our lives. He will be missed greatly by all. May we all strive to follow his example of compasion, understanding and acceptance.
