Dear SLC SWAT
Thanks for all that you do. You are true heroes. You make our streets safe. You are key to our way of life.
I want to apologize for the author of the article. I have read other articles by Pat and most of them where very good. I do not know if he was tried or just in a hurry.
Some officers say the Salt Lake Police Department's SWAT school is among the hardest in the state. (Out of how many? 3-4?)
Last year, the Salt Lake Police Department's SWAT team was called out to more than 65 operations, Atencio said, making it by far the busiest SWAT team in the state. Sometimes they are called out more than once a week. (Wow Pat can do math)
Pat we love you but please write to us like we are not in the 3rd grade.
Once again thank you SWAT!!!
We don't need a SWAT team in Utah. The solution is more concealed weapon permits. I would encourage everybody to immediately get a concealed weapon's permit. Don't rely on the cops to protect you. It won't happen. Take matters into your own hands.
