I agree wholeheartedly! We can help heal and lift each others burdens, just by letting someone put them out on the table to be looked at in a different light. That's why I have found LDS Addiction Recovery Programs are so helpful in changing my life as well as others. It's a safe place to share without the fear of ridicule or lack of confidentiality. The healing power of the Savior is the most important part of this process, and then we too can return the favor to another soul who is seeking a better way of living.
