Now with this decision I hope it also applies to retirement losses from the SSA. They also cut retirement benefits if you have other retirement income not related to workers comp. Would like to have the rest of my SSA benefits in full. One thing I wish is that some one who could afford to challenge our congress in Washington to stop usine the SSA system as welfare funding for this country. Our congress is robbing americans citizens of their personal retirement accounts in SSA under your SSN to fund welfare. This is like taking your 401k and other retirement accounts and making you give it to welfare and health care programs.
