Hmmm. . .

Maybe Huntsman ought to look at the ethics in his own administration anyway.

sll

Making good progress? Are you kidding me? The entire state legislature is bought and paid for and they're telling the governor to back off. Can't we PLEASE get rid of these people?!?!

Gary

Making re-districting non-partisan is so long overdue. This really is disappointing.

Ahso

Why should Government officials be concerned with Ethics?

Utah's just a stepping stone.

More Talk

I love how Huntsman is all talk about issues like ethics, gas prices, and many other "concerns" of his.

Remember as gas prices were lower around the country but not in Utah and the governor said he would look into the issue, but by the time anything could happen gas prices dropped? I just got back from California where I paid $2.15 a gallon of octane 87 fuel. I get back to Utah and I would pay $2.21 for the exact same fuel.

Also remember when the gov. took tickets to a U of U basketball game when he prohibited anyone from his administration from doing the same but justified it by saying it was a state run institution?

We live in the most republican state in the union and yet we bear one of the largest tax burdens in the country as Utahns. I see all politicians as talking a lot and doing very little or nothing at all. This is especially true with ethics which every politician that I have seen is more than happy to do what best suites them ala dismissing ethical legislation. No surprise.
