Not having Okur really hurts, probably more so against the Lakers than any other team in the league. The Jazz desperately need his size and ability to draw one of the Laker bigs out of the paint.
Hopefully he gets well and gets back soon.
i dont understand why jerry complains that we arent a big enough team because okur is out, when we have fes and koufos ready and eager to play. both are bigger than booz and milsap. yea they arent nearly as good as okur, but theyre each a good 6 fouls we can lay on the lakers playing defense if nothing else. id much rather see bynum shooting free throws than dunkin it down our throats while boozer stands back and watches in awe. if our team isn't big enough, play the big guys! come on, what have we got to lose?
