In some sort of hilarious (to me) coincidence, I found myself at KFC picking up dinner for the family yesterday. I saw the "grilled" chicken option and decided to split the bucket 50/50 with our usual choice: crispy. For some reason my wife really likes KFC, but I've never been much of a fan. I hope they keep this on the menu, because I liked it much better than the fried. So, next time I might not object to her suggestions of KFC for dinner! I'm glad I decided to try it out! (And I didn't give any consideration to the healthy choice aspect). Also, because I didn't want to idle my car in the drive-through, I went inside and noticed that they have an all-you-can-eat buffet-style option for the "dine-in" customers (at least at my local store). That would solve our disagreement on which sides to choose! Genius!

So, where's this KFC with the all-you can eat buffet? I've never seen one like that, but it sounds like a great econo-meal.

The Rotisserie Gold chicken was a rip off of grocery store roast chicken. Chick-fil-A has succeeded with a grilled chicken sandwich for quite a few years so there's no reason that KFC can't do the same. But notice how everyone else uses the term "crispy?" It's more PC than "fried."
