This doesn't seem right, somebody is making a killing on this deal. That fire station is costing $400 per square foot! That is STEEP! This better be some fire station! I wish I could have a profit margin like that in my business.
Hey Zwick Construction are you hiring? My salary would ONLY be $400 per hour. --What's that you say? That's an outrageous salary??? LOL
