I hope no evidence against Warren Jeffs gets suppressed.

Here is a man who confessed in jail that he molested his sister and daughter.

His nephew revealed how his uncle Warren Jeffs brought him to the bathroom of an FLDS church to sexually molest him when his nephew was a young child.

This is a man who had 12-year-old brides.

What else! He needs to stay in prison.

poligamy is illeagal, wether prosecuted or not,on that primise he should never be let out

They need to send old Warren Jeffs to some hog farm out on the desert somewhere so that the pigs can have super and a hog feast. Although, poor little piggies don't need to die of food poisoning. So perhaps he's better off where he is.

Dirty Old Man

This dirty old man Jeffs needs to go where all dirty old men go and fast. Hell

Just deserts

If Mr. Jeff ever gets out of prison, it will be way too soon.

I HATE POLYGAMISTS! The reason I dislike them is because they swap and steal wives within their cult. I have good reason to hate all polygamist!

Question

Why are the AZ authorities blocking the FLDS lawyers from finding out if the TX authorities KNEW that the phone call was a hoax BEFORE the raid. Would not this mean that the raid was based on a hoax and therefore illegal.

He got to be the madam of the FLDS and control all of those women.......

Tom

The case against Jeffs was developed and filed in Mohave County BEFORE the raid in Texas!!! The prosecutor has already stated that he is not going to use any evidence that was obtained from the raid - HE DOESN'T NEED IT. The attempts by Jeffs' attorneys to introduce the issue of the Texas raid into the Arizona proceedings is a blatent attempt to throw up a smokescreen and delay the trial which, as most will agree, will result in Jeffs being found guilty just as he was found guilty in Utah. If his attorneys want to argue about the admissibility of evidence seized in the raid then they will have their chance to do it when Jeffs has to stand trial in Texas because of the charges filed against him there.

I think polygamist men, now that I am free, are nothing but lying degenerate swine. The FLDS women just don't get it? They are so brainwashed and very ignorant women. I sad to say this but it is true.

To "Question": They did not know it was a hoax, and technically they still don't know that it was a hoax. By law they have to follow up on all complaints of child abuse.

If Texas hadn't raided the Yearning for Zion Ranch, the underage pregnant girls would not have been discovered.

The Deseret News reports that 12 FLDS men have been indicted on 26 charges involving alleged sexual abuse of children.

So thank goodness Texas did their duty.

well

we try to ignore that Utah has its bigamy problems to. and nothing is being done about it.
When will Utah do its Duty? When they can't.
