If you have ever purchased land in rural Utah only to find out later that it has no legal access, no water, is not large enough for a septic system and no survey to locate property lines, you can see why the governor vetoed HB 156.

AMEN to basin boy and from my expereience it costs more to do it later than to so it right the first time.

Things may be ust fine today, but we know there will be changes in the future, Someone will die, there will be life changes or needs and different people my be involved.

I believe the Goernor was right.

Huntsman is a socialist

Whatever. Huntsman thinking strait on one thing doesn't make his gross dereliction of duty and failure to stand up for appropriate social responsibility is inexcusable. He should be decreasing drug use rather than expanding it like he has with alcohol. He should be decreasing behaviors that diminish human evolutionary fitness such as homosexual behavior rather than aiding and abetting homophiles.

Farmer Joe

And if you have ever tried to build a house in a rural setting while being forced to comply with city ordinances designed for high density subdivisions you would see why something like this needs to be done.
