This facility will not have a pulp mill which can smell. They will buy pulp and make paper out of it. NO ODORS WILL OCCUR

  • Is this paper or pulp?

Pulp mills stink and invade even tightly closed up homes.

Paper plants smell and pollute. Is this what Utah County wants? What mitigation efforts are planned?

I'm glad to see this happening SOUTH of Utah Lake where the infrastructure can handle it. We don't need more development NORTH or WEST..Good job commissioners.

Will have to permit this facility, and it will need to purchase emission credits if it is going to locate in Utah county. Then they can start construction.
