There's nothing stinkier than a paper mill. The heavy odor smells like fishy dogfood, but lingers.

They have one in Tacoma, WA
The locals refer to it as the: Tacoma-Aroma

It's worse than a sewage treatment plant.

The locals will get used to it -- just like the trains, the freeways and stinky refineries.

Only the visiting Tourists will be offended by it.

Hold the phone folks - this is not a pulp mill. It is a tissue mill. World of difference; been there, done that. Tissue mills do not emit odor because they use paper that has already been processed from pulp. Steam, yes. Hot air, yes. No odor. Anonymous, Anonymous is Right, and RB are describing an entirely different creature - not their fault - the DN headline editor got it wrong! This is not a paper/pulp mill. Pulp mills need lots of pulp-type trees to process. We're just really short on pulp trees in this here desert.
