Not realistic.
I think it would be easier to just get up earlier and work out. Nothing replaces a good workout. All of these ideas would be too cumbersome to remember and wouldn't last long term. If you want results and want to live longer - Just do it! Work out even if you hate or say you don't have time. Then, in addition to a good work out incorporate some of these ideas to maximize your results.
