Okur is not hurt. He is an important weapon and can take Ming outside and shoot over him. It would be really nice if the Jazz made a statement to the Houston Rockets in this game.
The way things are going the teams may meet in the play offs.
Just a quick note. Mehmet Okur definitely gets my vote for Coolest Guy on the Planet. I hope he's around with us for a long, long time!
Peace out from the Jazz Oracle.
trade the bum, korver play center, almond starts, miles to dlegue,
okur is the best center the jazz has ever seen. One of the best shooters in the league. He shoots the 3 better than Korver. Not only that Korver is no where big enough to play center, I really hope you were joking about that one. Almond still doesn't score when he plays and Miles has double digits every game? I'm glad you're not coach. Either you're an 8 year old, or just a very idiotic adult.
Just in (DN): The Deseret News has announced, "Comma Man", aka "the exclamation point" has been put on waivers giving him is unconditional release. Added "we will take the cap hit", "houdini" may be released tomorrow, sources say
Without Memo this team would be in a world of hurt. Comma man is either joking or not the brightest bulb in the box. Memo keeps us in games on the road. He's never been afraid of the big shot and hits it most of the time. His defense is dramatically improving. He makes boozer look like a sixth grader, but boozer does that by himself. Boozer is as worthless as there is.
