Go Wildcats

the Utes don't need to worry about round 2. They will be done. One and done that is. Nevill will never make it in the NBA. He will be pumping gas back home. He is too slow. He will be winded in the first two minutes and setting on the bench with two fouls.

Foreign Players in US Colleges

I'm surprised this has not become more of an issue. Why should US colleges recruit and use students from foreign nations? Public tax dollars are funding our colleges, and here we are giving full-ride scholarships to these foreigners, educating them (if you can call it that), then sending them on their merry way.

We aren't treating aliens from Mexico this way - unless they can bounce and shoot a ball.

Just doesn't seem right. The NBA is happy to draft them at tender ages, but that is different than bringing them to play in our college system where the main publicly-funded goal is to educate young minds.

Well....

Welcome to athletics in the United States of America...

Foreign players...

Wow.....I'm kind of surprised that you have an internet connection or even know how to use a computer deep in those back woods where you must live.

Please define what an "American" is for all us....because unless you are talking about native Americans, we are all imigrants.

Thanks for bringing your iggnorance to this article though - that was great.

As for what the article is about....

Good luck tomorrow Utes!!! Once again, it's up to U to bring respect to the MWC.

Go UTES!!!!

justired

every college, it seems, has gone to foreign players. it's part of competing. probably a fad that won't last.
