Did you look up additional information on the statistics or are you just making something up based on these contextless numbers? With just a number and no additional information as to how it was derived (no n, no standard deviation, etc.), you can't say whether or not the numbers are statistically significant. And if there happens to be no significant difference among the top five, is there a significant different between the top five and the other states? These numbers are completely meaningless, so you can't make a judgment as to whether or not they're a "big deal".

The question should be: Are you happy within your own life? That is what really matters. And I guess only you can answer that question. No statistical analyses required.
