"Very good for the court"???? What about the local business that depend the courts to force delinquent customers who don't pay their bills? How about frustrated consumers and businesses alike that are forced to take legal action to force someone to live up to their contract obligations? Did the courts ever think that instead of raising money they are lowering the peoples ability to utilize the system? In an effort to save jobs did they think..."hey if price goes up could demand drop?"

My final question for the day...Did the Deseret News think of any of this? Nice story, but it sure doesn't tell the whole story.

Voice of Reason

The taxpayers have been subsidizing these businesses for years. It's time the businesses paid a fair "users fee" for the services they get from the courts and the sheriff's office.
