Senate Minority Leader Patricia Jones, D-Salt Lake, is right - it should be at least a 2 year prohibition, preferably longer. One year is nothing, the majority of their "legislative buddies" would still be in office, thus giving them unfair access and influence.
Maybe one day we will have a REAL Legislative Body representing the citizen of Utah.
