This is another example of government's misuse of hard earned taxpayer money. The government has no business whatsoever spending tax dollars to finance a web site that promotes litigation for profit. The only problem with internet only notices is that they can easily be corrupted and hidden behind many walls with links and hard to find. Notices should be done both ways to insure the integrity of what is being posted on the internet. Printed documents are much harder to alter or change where internet posting can be full of errors and misinformation and easily hidden from the public under layers of links and web addresses.
