Is this man... | 10:20 a.m. March 6, 2009
retarded or does he have a mental disability?

Lets not play coy, report it if its part of the facts and let the public know if there is any real danger with this man walking among our kids.

Somebody should pop him a few times either way

If he has full mental capacity, then why not his name and details. If I broke the law my name would go into the story. If he does have mental deficiency then why is he not in an intitution to control his already demonstrated illegal behavior. Not everyone should have access to other's children.

What the hell???
What's wrong with the justice sy | 5:39 a.m. March 7, 2009
What's wrong with a justice system that won't allow us to do anything to stop someone like this? Oh yea, it's the CRIMINAL justice system. The only ones that get justice are the criminals.
On another note, why is this any worse than all the idiots that walk around with their pants falling down and their underwear hanging out?

We've heard about this guy several times now - can you print a picture of him so we'll be able to steer clear?
good grief! | 8:02 a.m. March 7, 2009
The guy is obviously disturbed, but he is not harming anyone. The kids are surely bewildered or amused, but they are not being harmed. Let's treat him like the eccentric he is rather than as a criminal. Why should my tax dollars pay to arrest, investigate, try, and incarcerate a guy who has harmed no one? No wonder taxes are so high!

If he was just running around in a diaper and shirt on, would he be arrested? I would rather see a man in a diaper than all the underwear I have to see with all these "sagging" men and boys running around. One day, not one but TWO separate men were walking in front of my friends house "sagging" and both men's pants fell down around their ankles. They didn't even stop walking just reached down and pulled their pants up. One had on underwear, one didn't.
I am all for arresting this guy for a diaper but you have to arrest all the "saggers" too.
Frankly, he comes around my house pulling his pants down in front of my kids, he will hope the police arrest him before I get to him. But then again, my children are forced to look at men's underwear and butts every time we go to the mall or grocery store.
suzyk | 8:21 a.m. March 7, 2009
His perverted example is telling these children it's okay to pull your pants down in public but then the children will take it further by pulling down their pants and shorts too. What is wrong with our judicial system. This guy needs to be behind bars before an innocent child is hurt for the rest of his life. There is no question...box this guy up and keep him away from our children and grandchildren. There should be no hesitation to do this. But I'm sure there are some politicians who think this is funny and have probably done this themselves at one time or another. This should not be tolerated.

The diaper boi strikes again? I say we give him a taste of his own medicine. Bark Bark let those sweater puppies out!!
Re. Is This Man | 8:24 a.m. March 7, 2009
Of course he has a mental problem. First, any stable adult wouldn't wear a diaper, and second the authorities need to check with his family members regarding this behavior and if they won't do anything regarding professional help, they should take him off the streets and do the same on our dime before something serious happens.
Cosmo | 8:37 a.m. March 7, 2009
This guy is not going to stop. He will escalate to more bizarre forms of behavior. Better lock him up now, before something worse happens.
Protection | 9:10 a.m. March 7, 2009
This is child abuse, plain and simple. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that this pervert is not in jail. The judges and prosecutors need to be fired.

PROTECT THE CHILDREN YOU INCOMPETENT DOLTS.
boise/pam | 9:27 a.m. March 7, 2009
If he did something to my child after the courts have done nothing for this frightening behavior I would be suing for millions. Something terrible is going to happen. Don't you think he needs a little drastic surgery??
John | 10:23 a.m. March 7, 2009
My coworker's son was one of the boys on the bikes. They know nothing will happen and they plan on watching their kids more closely now.

I'm told he definitely has mental issues, and that the didn't "drop" his pants but lowered them sufficient to show them his diaper. Not that that makes it ok, but it makes it less obscene at least.

What would you do if you were the parents of "diaper boy"? You have to work to afford the therapy, but that leaves him free in the day to do these kinds of things. It's very sad. He doesn't deserve to be beat or locked up; he needs help.
Barton Bagnes | 10:29 a.m. March 7, 2009
Yeah, this guy should be locked up. This is certainly an emotional disorder that represents a threat to children.
Arnold | 4:53 p.m. March 7, 2009
Whether "Diaper Boy" is competent mentally or not, He does not have the right to bother the rest of society. Maybe he won't harm children, maybe he will. He should not have that chance. He has demonstrated on several occasions that He is out of touch. Get him some help, if he cannot or won't be helped lock him up. What he is doing is antagonizing some of the rest of society. Sooner or later, someone will react and society may not like the result. Take care of business while there is a chance.
Jake | 5:04 p.m. March 7, 2009
If "Diaper Boy" hurts a child, there are those that will hurt him. Whether that be out in society, in a mental hospital or in prison. People who hurt children are very low on the totem pole in any society. It is obvious "Diaper Boy" needs help. He is at minimum obnoxious and at maximum dangerous. If the authorities want to be kind, they will get him some help, before that situation advances too far for that to happen.
@ Good Grief | 5:09 p.m. March 7, 2009
You are either naieve or out of it yourself. Kindnes is acertaining if there is a problem and then doing something about it. Don't pooh pooh the fact that some are frightened by this "boy's" deviant behaivor. Hope he doesn't come to your neighborhood or family and bother you or yours. On the other hand, maybe you could invite him for milk and cookies.
John | 5:21 p.m. March 7, 2009
There are programs available to help individuals like this if his family has little or no money. I think society would rather spend a little money now than potentially alot later. To some of the earlier posters, I do condone men or boys or anyone "sagging. "But to me, there is a difference if they are "walking by" versus confronting and "showing" someone. If he lived in my neighborhood and I was aware of it, I guarantee there would be a strong neighborhood watch going on, even if it was just me. When their is a known problem such as this, parents should not have to live in fear for their children. Maybe primitive societies would have a better answer for this behavior than our civilized one.

Facts Please | 9:52 a.m. March 9, 2009
So is this the same "Diaper Boy" that Holladay sentenced to serve 180 days in County lockup in 2007 and was also required to register as a sex offender?

If so, why not report his name so we can look up his photo and MO on the sex offender registry?
I know | 9:21 a.m. March 11, 2009
In the past he has done worse things please do not kid yourselves about this.
I too know | 10:43 a.m. March 11, 2009
Amen to what I know said.....don't be fooled by this man.
there is nothing wrong | 3:18 a.m. May 16, 2009
diapers are very common for adults you need to settle down its not so bad he likes to be embrassed by wearing a diaper in front of little kids they laugh and make fun of him thats it and he likes that nothing sexual going on here
jerry | 5:08 p.m. July 26, 2009
their are lot of people who have a fetish for diapers whitch is fine and 99 percent keep it between their selve and they donot involve children but what this man is doing is very sick in nature possibly he is mentally insane and should be put away in a nut house if he is not insane then they should lock him up and throw away the key
anon | 4:32 a.m. Aug. 15, 2009
Well He seems like he "wants to be one of the kids" he seems mental but harmless i dont think he would do anything harmful to the kids but they should watch him you never know Mentally insane people are unprecitcable.
