Marriages Licenses Should Expire! I agree that stress in a marriage takes it toll on health. Life is too short for misery.

You think!!!
So can a hostile work place, a hostile economy, a hostile child, etc. etc. etc.
True, but for some reason people believe it is acceptable in marriage. At work we can take issue with a hostile environment. If you believe in "Til' death do you part" or "Eternity" you can find yourself mired in the toxic waste being produced in your own home. I have no doubt, as a general rule, women are putting up with more and holding it inside longer than men, leading to their increasing rates of cardiac problems. I'm an advocate for healing relationships but there needs to be a point at which you can let go and keep your sanity as well as your heart.
Maybe they're getting these results because all the women with depression and other problems are causing their marriages to be hostile. Ever think of that?
