Cell phone use and texting should be totally out- lawed on the highways also. Flat out ban them. We ran our businesses and lives just fine and was a major success as a country before all of this high tech crap came along, but if we are going to have it limit it.
Why do law enforcements take place after a tragedy? I think cell phone use should be outlawed in every state while driving , just as drinking and driving.
