WOW! This was the most amazing article I have ever read. Life changing is what this is!
Sounds like Salem's trying to build toward a land-grab and that the Benjamin incorporation attempt is more necessary than bad! Let's hope that Salem fails in their attempt to get this money and delay the problems that are currently plaguing the north end of the valley.
If you look at the boundaries of Salem City today much of the Benjamin interchage is already in the city limits. so much for the land grab
