American Fork did play well, I don't take anything away from them. I just don't understand why no article about Riverton. They won by 33 pts. and demolished Syracuse from the beginning, whereas Bingham gave AF a Fight for the first half..AF won by 20 pts. No article about Riverton on Thursday, only Lone Peak...who Riverton beat during preseason and again in the tournament. Oh well, I guess Riverton just has to win today so maybe they will get the press they deserve.

Great job Haley and Cydne. Very fun to watch you play. We have all waited for the AF and Riverton matchup and now we get to watch it. To great teams with great players. Wish both teams good luck I am sure you won't disapoint us with a great game today. To bad you took the starters out should have left them and did an fbingham on themselves, but better to show great sportmanship. Second year sending fbingham to the off season great job.

Maybe if Riverton had some class, fans, and parents are ridiculous. There will be some press tonight when AF ends your reign. You just said press ! Is bad press okay when you lose ?

Keep your heads up, What an awesome season to go 21-3 on the court and your are wonderful girls. We are very proud of you and what you have accomplished. It is very tough today, however the coaches, players, and fans need to feel very proud of who we are. You are all awesome.

Who cares about the press? The girls know they played a great game and demolished Lone Peak. Guaranteed if you ask the girls on the Riverton team they will say they don't care about the recognition. Only about the feeling of victory. Obviously you have never played in a state playoff game. The feeling that you get is far more valuable than any newspaper article that will definitely be forgotten next week when boy's playoffs start...

The only thing ridiculous is how you sound in your post. Pointing out that no article was written about an undefeated team that just dismantled a team in the semi-finals has nothing to do with "class". Labeling an entire group of fans and parents is also ridiculous. An article should be written on every single semi-final game regardless of who is playing. That is not a ridiculous expectation.

Dear Lady Cavemen,
good luck tonight. I have admired all of you since you first started playing together in the 7th grade. I love that on or off the court you all care about each other, and work to support one another. i see you all at the volley ball games, soccer games, and boys basketball games, because you care about the rest of the school. I think it is super classy that if Haley Holmstead misses a shot or gets fouled she just laughs. I think it is incredible that Kaycee Mansfield can maintain a 4.0 gpa. cyd has the best hair in the whole school, and is an amazing talent. Amy is funny, and keeps great perspective (plus her three pointers are enough to make anyone's heart beat a little faster.) Nikki presents a defense that would scare me if i saw it at the other end of the court. But this fab five still has a great lineup on the bench that represent what it means to be a caveman. I love watching you guys play...and i think that girls like you deserve to win state.

Great job girls. Way to play like a team and get the job done. Also, good job Bingham. You had a great season and you are one of the class programs in the state. Be proud. One more game to go AF. Come out ready to play and fire on all cylinders like you did last night. We are not about to let Riverton get their first ever state championship on us. Region champion banners ONLY for them.
