I live in Maine and gladly paid to be able to see all of the Utah and BYU games it was only 10 bucks a month extra. The only draw back to being on your own network is you don't get the exposure. They don't talk about youon ESPN or even pick you if you don't make them money.

I am in Idaho and am super happy with the Mtn. It is getting better, but as long as I can watch BYU football and basketball, I am a happy man.

Good article. As a Ute fan living in Arkansas, I love The Mtn.

High Def., High Def., High Def. every game should be in High Def.

Nothing worse than watching any mtn. game that is not in high Def.

I quit watching mtn. only when BYU is playing. Would rather watch High def of one of the other teams that is in high def as opposed to mtn teams that are not in high.

The big tens network in High def all the time. I watch alot of big ten teams.

Please, please, please, no more columns about the mtn!

Please, please, please, more mtn articles. Time to promote mtn and not ESPN. ESPN is bias. It favors the BCS leagues, disrespects the non-BCS leagues, belittles all coaches during halftime interviews which only embarasses the school and has arrogant, know-it all people like Herbstreit. Mtn channel allows me to watch my Cougs all the time. Comcast needs to put it on sportspack nationally since I had to switch to directv here in Portland. It's a joke that they won't since they own half of it. Mtn does need to go HD for all football and basketball games if it wants to stay competitive with big boys (or even little boys). Regular picture is bad.

Glad to see directv folks are finally on board with the mtn. I've been enjoying the mtn on Comcast for three years now in Albuquerque. what a great way to follow the Lobos. Love the mtn channel.

I am doing the happy dance.. The Mountain West is still on it's way up. I have lived far away from Wyoming for 7 years, and it is so hard to see any games. I will switch to DirecTV just for this reason.. Go Pokes!

Get with the program, dish network! Why can't we get the mtn on dish? like Major League Baseball ticket. Like the new MLB channel. Dish, you are falling behind and I may not eve nwait for my two years to be up before I switch to Direct TV. Better to pay the penalty than be ignored as a sports viewer.
