This is awesome! A year ago, I started riding regularly again after many years of sporadic cycling. It is the greatest thing ever, and it is low impact on the body (unlike running). We need more paths and trails, and more incentives for people to safely commute to work. This should be a public policy priority. Besides, fewer cars mean less impact on the environment and less oil consumed. Go Linda and Jim!

That is so true. Biking is the best exercise in the world! It is effortless and it a great workout for both body and spirit. I always struggled with weight and health issues until I found biking. I used to run, Jim & his co-riders would pass by me. I went to the doctor because of the pain in my knees, he told me to get a bike. I thought "No way do I want to look like those men in spandex", That weekend I had a bike! I have a great love for cycling inspite of the spandex that I wear while I am riding!
