Great game girls! kind of makes ya wonder why the starting 5 was still playing in the 4th quarter up by 30.....
great way to run up the score. AF will do the same to you.
Hey they play the starters all the way through the end. Its the state tournament, they need to get better. So why not keep the starting 5 in. Any good coach would do that if they want a state championship.
As a fan of a differnt high school, I found nothing wrong with what Bingham did. Layton is a team that could come back on anyone and let's be honest, it is the state tournament and no chances should be given. As I watched both coaches talk for awhile after the game, the Layton coach was smiling so he must have been fine with everything and that is all that matters. Good luck the the Warriors.
there really is no difference between the kids who start and the kids who come in after 2 minutes....all 18 kids played and the most minutes anyone played was about 14.....how can you say they ran up the score everyone played?
Bingham did just what a good team should do. Layton starting core simply couldn't match in speed/talent! Makes you wonder why they played most of the game. It was obvious they couldn't produce. The bench should have been used more and they have more speed and agressiveness to match up to Bingham.
know what you are talking about. EVERY player on Bingham's roster played. Is it Bingham's fault that Layton couldn't stop even their second and third teamers? In order to not be accused of "running up the score" should Bingham just quit playing or only play with 4 players? Bingham pulled their starters and still won by a huge margin. Had they let their starters play the entire game the margin of victory would've been much greater.
Bingham will probably get past Weber.
But then . . .
go AF Bingham doesn't stand a chance.
Give me a break. This is for a championship, not jr Jazz anymore. Bingham played til the end out of respect for their opponent. Layton has a good team, however Bingham came out to dominate. At any point a let down could happen and the game could be at 10. I have never seen any scores ran up all year by AF or Riverton ????? I can't believe some who comment on these boards.
