Private property abounds on the hunting circuit - time to preserve as much public access as possible - in locations that people really use.
Now if the outfitter was wealthy and had some worthless land and a Congressman that hunts with him, I'm afraid that we would have seen another "land swap" for "the good of all".
Again, good call.
Proper wildlife management can only be achieved if private business owners are not constrained unreasonably. Knowing the area would help others see the burden placed on the business own if the use of what belongs to us all.
To good call: What would you know about the use of Wyoming land? Do you know anything about this country or are you simply a cynic when it comes to land use or for that matter politicians. I grew up in this country and I can tell you that you know nothing of what you speak.
A lot of my childhood was spent in the mountains around Jackson and on the Hoback river. I now live in Nebraska where there is so very little public land and much of that has been turned into resort like parks.
Any move to keep commercial enterprise out of the public lands is a great move as far as I'm concerned. Keep the land clean, prestine and available for all.
