i feel there are a lot of good owners, but no one is Larry Miller, providing a happy, work enviroment, where families are welcome, players have stability, with the building and all, and atmosphere and all such class people Miller had employed under him. The players for 99 percent over the years that have been on our roster, were all 1st class, likeable, people and great teammates. I get a smile on my face when i think of "Horny, stock and Mailman"there were some great people here. Even putting up with a goofball like Ostertag but still he was cool and i believe for all his faults, he could board, play respectable low post d, and could at least block a shot or change one. Those teams he put together from the mid-late 90s, comradrie, professionalism, etc etc, you will not likely see this much any more in sports. thank you Larry
You have set the model for all our lives. You have had courage, been humble, and throuth effort, service and Love of Duty shown us the way.
YOu will be missed but your example will carry on.
Doug Robinson wrote a great profile on Larry Miller a few years back. Is that still availble on Deseret News on line? Time to dust it off. I would love to read it again.
Just wish to thank the Miller family for the gracious way of including us all to miss and celebrate Larry and his legacy.
LHM has given so much to Utah and friends of Utah the world around. I just wonder what could we give back to really remember him by?
He made Utah known worldwide from Jazz to the Olympics - everywhere.
Words are not adequate to thank him.
