A step in the right direction. Still, no penalty for the woman getting the illegal abortion.

There are millions of families out there that would kill to have a baby. There are millions of babies out there being killed, that would love to have a family.

There are also millions of babies and young kids sitting around waiting for someone to adopt them, while people are having way too many kids.

Another phony balony abortion bill to make these legislators "look" like they are good. This will do nothing. Grow some balls legislators.
