Are you capable of giving a bad review??? I have eaten at Rubio's twice - it was terrible both times. You are not so much of a food critic as you are a food lover - it seems you give a favorable review to nearly every restaurant you visit - makes for a very uninteresting column.

If the paper's food reviewer is really analytical and a true critic, the paper loses advertising revenue from commmon food eateries. The Wasatch Front doesn't have the population and restaurant scene to support a true food critic column.

It's economics.

Sorry for your bad experience at Rubios...suggestion for you: don't go again!

I LOVE Rubios. We ate there often in So. Cal and have loved it ever since. I wish we could get one closer to our home. Fish burritos ROCK!
