We've been there several times and plan to go again.
If you're LDS, you should know that in the D & C it says the wonders odf the earth are here to "gladden the heart and enliven the soul." This experience will do that whether you're LDS or not.

This is a fantastic sight-and it is usually hard to plan an event around wildlife. If you can't make it on the 20th, there are geese there for about a week before and after. Try for the 20th though, there are free booths and scopes set up for you.
