Lets make this law fair for all, and include the police. If a police officer uses excess force in front of a child, then the officer should ALSO be targeted with the felony. It seems the police have a habit of taking a bad situation and making it really ugly when they try to throw weight around. Lets hold this law fair for all.
When will you go after those who smoke around their kids. Child abuse. The kids have no choice at all and are forced to breathe the smoke.
Smoking around animals is animal abuse. Go after these smokers also.
