The Board of Pardons made a very good decision.

Justice has been served.

Um, Excuse Me?

"This was an event. It wasn't a behavior," Noble told Garner at Tuesday's hearing. "This was an event. The event's over."

--Uh, yeah... so is Nadalee's LIFE! Or did you forget that tiny little fact??

why no execution?

The better decision would've been a swift execution. Utah [America] is losing it's backbone.

Thank you very much for you support with this terrible event in our family. I finally feel like we can rest knowing that he will never have the opportunity to be released. Our family will no longer be in fear at his expense. It's over. Thank you to the Board of Parole and to God. I love you Nadalee. I hope you can rest now. We sure can!

I'm so happy that Don will never get out of jail. He is truly an evil person. His children and Nadalee's family can feel safe now. Thanks to everyone for their prayers. I would also like to say thank you to Lori for her beautiful letter that was in support of Nadalee. Nadalee, We all love and miss you!

As one of Don and Nadalee Noble's children, which would make me a family member, it should be noted I supported Don Noble release. I also wrote a beautiful letter of forgiveness and support for my father. None of his children ever felt unsafe he was not abusive to his children. Please review the facts on this case. There was not child abuse, or any other previous abuse that could be proven in a murder trial. Don had no previous conviction. There were no police calls or report ever to police prior to the murder. Don has never threatened any of Nadalee's family. The Noble children have moved on and become successful adults. We would like to thank the tax payers who will now be support Don's medical bill and provide food and shelter for the rest of his life. Also thanks to the many volunteers who support the genealogy program Don loves.
