So if a Republican challenges a Democrat's actions, or a Democrat challenges a Republican's actions, is the targeted person then blameless if he says, "I don't belong to that party."?
Odds are off the charts that Mr. Burnham is a liberal and, like recent administration nominees, liberals sometimes think they're above the law. It's the "I'm smarter than you" mentality that causes liberals to think government is a better steward of our money than we are. This is just another case of a liberal showing his stripes.
