Death and taxes: Some think the latter isn't certain

There are many businesses in the US but many more people. Then again not all businesses deal in luxuries. I know this does not address dishonest officials etc; I'm against them.
I was asking a multimillionaire I know about the new jet he had ordered. He had canceled the order after making a 10k deposit. He didn't loose 10K because he wrote it loss as a lost against his LLC. His tax liability was just cut.
Jim is skiing in Vail. It's not a ski vacation. It's a business trip. Jim owns no house or car. His corporation does as write offs. When Jim and I talk over beers, we split our tap but Jim keeps he receipt to write it off.
I know a painter. He never fills in the address block. He works for people with rentals. They paint there home and write the job off against their rental.
We have Utahans worrying about higher taxes for those who have never had to pay on all their come while these Utahan are taxed on their earned income.
Do you think Kennedy would pass a tax law to take the family's wealth?
Do I think the Kennedys would pass a law to take a families welth? NO. They were and still are the wealthy. I do believe that the Kennedys along with the rest of the polititans will raise taxes on the middle class. The working man.
The poor pay no taxes, they have no income. The rich do pay some taxes, after $128,000 is a lot of money to most of us. To Mr. Daschle it was just pocket change.
PAY ON.
The I.R.S. has noted that many employees of international organizations, including foreign embassies and consular offices, have made mistakes in filing their taxes. For example, an I.R.S. notice in 2006 said that up to half of such employees had incorrectly filed their tax returns, making errors like failure to pay self-employment taxes. The I.R.S. offered a one-time settlement to resolve these issues.
