Unreal shooting! I haven't seen shooting like that from Bingham since the 07 team with Johnson, Strong, Pug, Jordy and co. That is what made that team so dangerous was the size of that team combined with great shooters and athletes.
Bingham also played solid defense last night. I sure like the changes in the line up since the Riverton game. Mass substitutions have worked well for Dubach in past, and it's good to see him start using his depth again. It will be tough for any team to match Binghams energy from start to finish. Way to go Miners!!

if they play like that no one will even have a sniff of beating them. Bingham will be in the championship.

ananymous

your right about that 07 team. they honestly were one of the best shooting teams ive seen come out of bingham.. posts were killers for them that year. the posts plsyed hard. just a tad timid

Bingham

Bingham looked good last night. West jordan did not look very good at all. Bingham played to their potential but i still think they have to improve. Good win and good luck.. Skyline is impressive this year as well. Lone peak, Davis, Skyline, Pg, Jordan, Bingham will be the teams to make it far in the tourny! Due to experience

Re:Bingham

how can you say jordan will make it deep, unreal comment right there, brighton kicked there butt and brighton is playing really well with out its best player! bingham was awesome last night and its nice to finally see them play the way they should of been all year and just in time for riverton next friday at home!!! say packed house!!!

Great Job

That should shut up all the West Jordan and Riverton Region 3 talk.

The Best

Jake Schroeder was the best shooter ever to come out of Bingham!!!

wow, great game bingham. west jordan has no depth. if bingham continues to improve they will be tough for anyone, even lone peak.

Half Way!!!

What most people aren't thinking about is there is still another go around in region and West Jordan is only one game back from first place. Obviously Bingham or Riverton will have two losses by the end of friday night which will put them tied in second place with West Jordan. WJ gets Riverton and Copper Hills at home this go around and WJ did beat Bingham on thier home floor last year. So Bingham fans before you go thinking about puting another region trophy in your trophy case and possibly another XXXL shirt, worry about the next game on your schedule!!!

Wj

west jordan is not very good. I will be surprised if they win region. Riverton and Bingham and even copper hills is better then Wj. Wj hyped them selves up way to early and the pressure is getting to them.. sorry Wj have fun with ANOTHER early exit at the tourny!!!! enough said.

Re:WJ

wow west jordan early exit in state?????? I am a bingham fan and everyone in the state who knows basketball will agree west jordan is tuff anytime of the year and with there coach who has one of the best programs in state they are a scary team to face also any any high school coach would agree..

Look out

This is going to be one great year in 5A Basketball. Don't count out WJ Quite yet and don't crown Bingham the 5A champ just yet. Lone Peak still has to be the favorite and they are playing pretty solid ball right now. Skyline could suprise everyone and win it all. Right now my pick is Lone peak. They are tough. I can't quite figure out West Jordan. Too many guys looking for their own shots and not enough setting up of teamates. Gallegos is extreamly overated and needs to step up bigtime for the Jags to win. The Miners looked great last night but haven't proven that they can sustain any type of momentum. Their shooters were on last night but that has been a rare occorunce this year. If Clifford can stay out of foul trouble and Peck can keep playing tough they could go all the way. It should be a great finish.

Lone Peak

Lone Peak will When the title again this year in 5A. Nobody has a prayer in 4A. Provo is actually the best team in the state.

Go LP

Bingham would do better if they went 2nd place in region. 1st place puts them in the same bracket as Lone peak. Bingham can beat any team out there except Lone peak.

hs fan

Actually Lone Peak will be paired with the Region 2 Champion in their bracket. Regions 1 and 3 are on the other side. It appears the everyone except LP is going to be playing for 2nd.

Nice XXXL comment. We all know where that comment was directed. I seem to remember a great coach up on the hill, and I am sure if you checked his tag on his shirt it might say, 'Coleman 6 man' but he was a great coach.

Lets leave physical appearances off the comment boards.

Sluga 7

Not only was Jake Schroeder the best shooter, he might of been my best player, save Fred Roberts.....

Did you read 'Half way's' comments? Do me a favor, scroll back up and read the whole comment again and get back to me.

Are you clueless? It was not an assumption that it was from WJ fan. I don't care where it started, the post I commented on was from either a WJ fan or someone posing as a WJ fan. I am just using common sense. Maybe YOU should try it.

Common Sense? Lets use some common sense in breaking down the comments.

-West Jordan is only one game back from first place

-Bingham or Riverton will have two losses by the end of friday night which will put them tied in second place with West Jordan

-WJ gets Riverton and Copper Hills at home

-WJ did beat Bingham on thier home floor last year

hmmmm. Common sense tells me it was a WJ fan who made the classless comment about the XXXL shirt.

fan

okay, come to friday's game. Bingham will blow them out. They are pumped. Really the game against riverton was their worst offensive performance of the year and they only lost by 3.
