So what is the board of trustees share of the pie? How much do they get as investors? What are the trustee's being promised as their percentage of the take? The UTA and TRAX are neither designed or used as public transportation. These 2 agency's should be under the control of the state, not Salt Lake City. Passengers get gouged with excessive cost to use them and they go nowhere, except to downtown Salt Lake. The UTA and TRAX are getting sales tax funds and state funds for a system that is not being fair to all of Utah and really providing a full service. We are tired of paying for dreams and corporate investors and still getting nothing. Public transportation is a fraud and ripoff of the tax payers with terrible and disfunctional service.
Reject any money from the federal government. We don't need their money (that they're printing) or the strings attached to it. Let's take a stand on principle and tell them we don't want it.
Board of trustees | 5:11 a.m., you are so off base on so many of your comments (from beginning to end) that there is not enough space to adequately reply.
Clearly, somewhere, a school system is failing!
