Hard to tell. Such.....colloquial diatribe.
Ugh.
It was actually a brilliant speech. I was there. He is a better orator than any other elected official in Utah
Clark spoke about the current issues facing the state and spoke of Utah's history. If you have a problem with the fact that mormons founded the area that is your problem. I do not see how Clark's remarks were even close to a church talk. I am glad he is the new speaker, he will lead our state through the budget problems.
