Hang in there

Our prayers are with you, Larry!

In our hearts and minds you will always walk tall!!!

Carl

Larry Miller is a strong person and I doubt this will effect him in any way. He has a strong spirit and I wish him the very best. I have my fingers amputated, at first it was very difficult but it's something you get used to. I consider myself a strong person and have so much self esteem just like Larry does. We love you Larry and get well!!!

Roy Jazz Fan!

Larry, you are such an asset to our State! You even invested in a theater in downtown Ogden when no one else would touch it! Thank you for all you do for us as Utahns! Our prayers are with you and your family.

To Larry Miller:

Those of us in your LDS stake wish to express to you our deepest sympathies and condolences. We're praying for a smooth and speedy recovery from the surgery and that your health will stabilize to the greatest extent possible.

All the best.

I hope Larry comes through this well.

I also hope other people take this to heart and start thinking about the growing problem of obesity and it's side effects such as Type II diabetes.

Unless people start taking obesity induced diabetes more serious and lose weight, watch their sugar consumption, and start exercising they too will have these problems.

Please wake up and do something to stop this epidemic and pray for Larry.

Get well soon.

We were sadden to hear of your surgery on Friday. We attended the showing of the lastest Bond movie the night you also attended. My husband was the one who moved my wheelchair to guard your feet from patrons coming to close. Each battle won is a victory. Our prayers are with you as you recover during the months ahead. It takes time. I have lost half of my left foot due to diabetes and for the past six years have been ahead to the curve. Keep fighting.

God bless you, Larry, and thank you for all that you do for Utah. We're all praying for your speedy recovery.

God Bless you, Larry, and may you recover and continue on life's journey. As stated before, you are an asset to Utah, and I expect your latest health problems will encourage you to continue to give back to the community. Blessings on you and your family.

I was touched by what the "Roy Jazz Fan" said earlier...Larry really is a great "Example" for all of us... a "good person" that shows by deeds he thinks more of others than just self. Money can't buy everything. Larry shows he has based his life on a solid foundation "the rock". His giving to the community/state has enriched my life... Thank You Larry...We pray for you and your family.

with deep respect

it's sad to see someone who has done so much for the community suffer ill-health. Unfortunately he is indirectly doing us another service - showing us what can happen when you neglect your health. No matter how brilliant or motivated you are, you have to take care of your health - eat right and get sufficient exercise and rest. Please, I mean no disrespect to Mr. Miller at all, he is a positive beacon in our society, but his plight just shows the no one is immune. get well, Larry, you're in our thoughts and prayers.

Blue Cooger....

God Bless you Larry Miller! Thank-you for bringing so much joy and fun to our state! Thanks for all the giving that has made so much difference in our state and world. Thanks for your kind heart.

God Bless you in your recovery and through this very difficult time in your life. May the Lord's spirit be with you. You will be in our prayers!

Keep Fighting

God Speed Larry!!! You are an inspiration to all of us.

Now rooting 100% for your return to good health Mr. Miller, you're a shining example for good in both your hometown there and amongst NBA owners as well.

Best Wishes -

I think Larry should be like Ron Santo (the former 3rd baseman and current announcer for the Chicago Cubs) and have one of his prosthetics be a Jazz home jersey and the other be an away jersey. Good luck with the recovery Larry!

Jimmy C.

Get well Larry! I hope the Jazz will rip off some wins for him.

I think this headline is a bit insensitive. I prefer the other one "Larry Miller undergoes amputaiton surgery." Either way, I wish him all the best and a quick recovery

AEP

Best wishes to you, Larry, and thanks for all the good you are doing, especially your support of the Joseph Smith Papers project.
