Billings, please say it ain't so. Don't run for office again. I know you told the Chamber that you think that the City just can't possibly go on with out you but I am here to tell you we can't afford to go on with you. Deals like Action Target, iProvo, money wasted at the airport, the golf course et al tell us that anymore decisions like this will already take Provo a decade or more to overcome them not to mention the already tough economic times we are already experiencing. If you truly love Provo more than yourself, which is highly doubtable, don't run for an unprecedented fourth term. We don't need you, we don't want you, and we can't afford you!
Thank you "Please - No More!" Provo cannot afford terrible management and mismanagement like we have seen for almost twelve years. It is time to start anew. The only problem I see in transition is getting Billings oversized head and ego out of his office to make room for someone that truly can lead!
