Jim Lowe was a great neighbor! He was always so friendly and was always stopping to visit as he took his walks around the neighborhood. He loved to talk about anything and everything. We are all saddened by his death. He will greatly be missed! May God Bless his wife and daughter and grandson who live with him, and all of his family.
